Your age does not define you, or what you can achieve
Your age just tells you how long you have been here.
It has no relevance to what you can achieve if you put your mind to it and commit to your goals.
You are never too old to improve
The girl in the picture is almost 50 and in the best shape of her life.
Old injuries can be worked around and overcome
Concentrate on what you can do and forget about what you are unable to do at the moment.
You are not too busy or time poor to exercise or prepare food
You have the same 168 hours per week as everybody else, if others can do it so can you.
You don't have to do it perfectly for it to work
We don't live in a perfect world. Therefore don't expect things to be perfect and don't expect yourself to be. Commit to the process and do what you can consistently and you can achieve results that you didn't believe possible.
Keep the journey simple
Replace bad habits with good ones and still enjoy an occasional treat.
Don't complicate the process by overthinking it.
